About our programme

The wall that separates the business world and the Church operations is becoming increasingly permeable. The Church needs leaders and managers who are formed to be capable and value-driven stewards; the business world needs leaders who are formed and committed to solidarity.

The way to handle material goods should be accountable, service-oriented and socially responsible so that the organisations in the Church can serve the world better while remaining true to their identity.

Our programme teaches honest and effective managerial principles and skills, underpinned by Catholic and Jesuit values. It engenders responsiveness to unique local needs and circumstances. It helps managers and leaders in the Church to create organisations where mission and management interact in ways that are mutually enriching.

Our students say…

The Gospel-inspired management of resources would offer to the world, especially of today, a witness to what Christianity is all about. We have missionaries, we have teachers, we have catechists. They all give a witness to the truth of Christianity. But in our contemporary times, a Gospel-inspired management of resources is one such witness.

Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle
